Tuesday morning we went to the pumpkin patch!
Tiffany, Nate, and Coley met us there and we searched for the perfect pumpkins together.
Lisa couldn't help jumping when we got there she was so excited!
More excitement when she saw the pumpkins:
More excitement when she saw the pumpkins:
Most of the pumpkins were pretty large. Lisa would try (and sometimes just pretend to try) to lift one, but would always declare it, "too heavy".
Our rule is if you can carry it, you can get it. (We might have to modify that rule at some point in the future...)
Nate found one!
Finally, Lisa found one we all thought she could pick up!
And although technically she could lift it, it took three of us to help her out!
An impromptu race took place:
Sam was content to hang out and watch Lisa and Nate run around.
Unfortunately, all of the smaller pumpkins had been sold, so we were not able to get Sam a 'baby pumpkin'. So on the way home, we stopped by the grocery store and picked up a tiny pumpkin for Samantha!
A baby pumpkin for our baby! She can even pick it up!
