Today Lisa had her 2 month check up. Which also meant she had to get her shots. Which meant we had a rough day.
As far as her 2 month stats: She weighs exactly 10 pounds (50th percentile), is 23 inches long (75th percentile), and her head measures 38 cm (50th percentile). So she has continued to stay in all the same percentiles (aka is growing proportionally!). Her doctor was very pleased with her progress. And she's right on track with her socialization skills as well (is cooing and smiling).
And then came the shots. She had 3 shots in addition to an oral vaccine. She quickly went from happy and cooing to SCREAMING and crying.

Although traumatic, it didn't take too long before I was able to calm her down. The rest of the day she has not felt very good and has slept alot. So she's had alot of extra loving from her mommy and daddy today. Hopefully tomorrow she'll begin to feel better.
