I'm proud to say our daughter has survived for a full year, and is healthy and happy to boot!
I kid. But really, we do call her our practice child. (That's why all firstborns are a little nuts - they were all someone's practice child at some point, right?)
Here are Lisa's 12 months stats just for the record. At her doctor visit, she was 19 pounds (putting her back into the 25% - yay!!), and 29 inches tall.
And her iron levels are up, so she no longer needs iron supplements!

A few other fun 12 month stats:
-is a great eater! Favorites include grapes, watermelon, blueberries (a new favorite!), eggs, chicken, frozen mixed veggies, goldfish, and now anything in the shape of a cupcake! Heehee. Most of what we eat, she can now eat, which makes cooking for her a breeze!
-at one year, still has only 3 teeth. (SO hilarious!) But since I'm late writing this, that 4th little top tooth has finally decided to join the others, and is getting bigger every day.
-always active! Loves playing with all her toys and running around the house.
-has recently really gotten into playing chase. Matt and I will peek around the corner, and she'll run in the other direction. Then she'll turn around and come looking for us. Laughing the whole time!
-Mr. Bunny is her favorite thing in the world! And Pat the Bunny is her current favorite book.
-continues to be FULL of personality, and teaching us both so much everyday!!
