On Monday, after the shuttle launch, we drove down to Cocoa Beach.
This is when it started feeling like we were on vacation. It turned out to be nice sunny day, and we had so much fun soaking up the sun and introducing Lisa to the waves!
Lisa really loved walking in the sand. It was the best part of her beach experience.
Actually touching the waves, not so much.
She would prefer to be warm and dry, thank you very much.
It was a wonderful way to spend our one sunny day in Florida!
Nate is with Lisa. We put his feet in the water at VA beach and he let us know about his displeasure! He also loved the sand so we will have to have a sand play-date at the beach when it gets warmer. :)
